If the goods are not as you thought they would be or you simply don't like them you have up to 14 days to return them to us. All we ask is that you send them back in the condition that you received them, notworn, undamaged and in their original packaging with tags on.
This is how you return goods to us:
Pack up the goods carefully in their original packaging where possible, use additional packaging if necessary send them back clearly addressed to:

The goods must be adequately sealed in the original packaging.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package byRoyal Mail Special Delivery, this service insures goods upto £500. Wedo not accept returns from courier companies. Please note that Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped;
Make sure that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Officeas proof that you have sent the package (the Post Office do not chargefor issuing these certificates).
Once received we will asses your return for a valid reason and then we will refund your original purchase price withing 24 hours of receiving the returns, you will see the credit on your card after 3 or4 working days.
If your goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them or if we have sent you the wrong goods, we will refund the charge made for the initial delivery on receipt of the goods back to ourselves.
However, in all other circumstances we are sorry, but we don't refund any charge made for the initial delivery to you.
All of this is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
