We offer Free delivery for all orders over £750 (orders under, subject to a £60 charge)
We deliver to London at least once a week, and offer £30 delivery for all orders over £150 and less than £750, please call our sales team to place your order over the phone.
All orders within 30 miles of our showroom, free delivery over £150 (otherwise £30)
Minimum order value is £150 for London and £250 for the rest of the country (excluding delivery) No minimum order value within 30 miles of our showroom.
We aim to deliver within 48 hours of the order, however on occasions, we may be able to deliver next day or even same day. Some products may takes upto 14 days for delivery
We will contact you by email to confirm delivery date. Text you the morning of the delivery and give you a 2 hour delivery window and then call you 30 mins before.
We operate with 2 man delivery teams.
Our standard delivery is England and Wales. For areas such as Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Isle's and for Europe, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the Upholstery and Furniture Products you have ordered will fit into your home and that there is sufficient access for our delivery lorry to reach the delivery address.,
The delivery team will not attempt delivery if there are health and safety issues or where damage to your property may occur nor will they remove doors and windows. We will charge you £75.00 for a cancelled delivery. Where the item/s ordered will not fit into your home, we will charge you a cancellation fee and a non-refundable removal fee of £25.00 per single item and £45.00 total for more than one item.
Please note, our standard terms are for assembly and installation of furniture and certain electrical appliances only, we charge an extra £9.99 per item for installation of the following: clocks, blinds, artwork and mirrors. Other items on request.
We can also remove furniture and appliances at a cost of £9.99 per item. Fridges and freezers will be removed at a charge of £24.99
