Do you have a catalogue you could send me?
Unfortunately we do not have a catalogue because we are always adding new products on the website.
Do you offer trade/bulk discount?
We specialise in large orders from various types of customer including private landlords, letting agents, property developers, student accommodation providers, council's, housing association's, care homes etc... Please contact our sales team on sales@landlord-furniture.com for further details.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for all orders over £750, we charge £60 for orders under
We deliver to London at least once a week, and offer £30 delivery for all orders over £150 upto £750, please call our sales team to place your order over the phone.
Delivery is free for orders over £150 within 30 miles of Leamington Spa, we charge £30 for orders under
Is there a minimum order value?
Our minimum order value is £150 for London and £250 for the rest of the country (excluding delivery). Unfortunatley for orders less than these amounts we are unable to deliver. There is no minimum order value for deliveries within 30 miles of Leamington Spa.
Where can you deliver to?
Delivery is available in England and Wales. We can arrange delivery to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles and Europe, please contact us for details.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Our target delivery time is 48 hours. We may be able to deliver within a shorter time period, please call 0845 652 1033 prior to placing order. We deliver to London at least once a week.
What time will my order arrive?
After your order is placed, we send you confirmation of the delivery date. The morning of the delivery we will text you and give a 2 hour delivery window. The driver will call 30 minutes before.
How do I return items?
With our money back guarantee you can return any items to us within 14 days provided they have remained in their original packaging. Further details are available on request. This does not affect your statutory rights. To avoid any difficulties, please check all items before signing for them from the driver upon delivery.
What hours is your showroom open?
Our showroom, located on Trinity Street, Leamington Spa, Warwickhsire, CV32 5GY, is open to the trade and public from 12.00 to 5.30 Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 5.30 on Saturdays.
